• For 1 Mowchin matcha scoop (2g), use 30 ml of water (half a spoon) for a thicker matcha (koicha) or a full spoon (60 ml) for a thinner matcha (usucha).
• For 2 Mowchin matcha scoops (4g), adjust accordingly: 30 ml for koicha or 60 ml for usucha.
